HVCC APPROVES $500 FOR COALITION BUS

The Homestead Valley Community Council (HVCC) unanimously approved $500 at its July 20, 2009, Board meeting for the partial cost of a bus to transport Yucca Mesa residents to the LAFCO #3134 and LAFCO #3140 Hearing, which may be held on September 16, 2009, at the San Bernardino Council Chambers.

The Yucca Mesa Improvement Association (YMIA) may match the $500 bus contribution.  The item will be addressed at YMIA's next meeting.

Carpools are still expected to be used in addition to a bus.
