Get the facts! Every week the District staff will hold a public information meeting at the Hi-Desert Water District office to provide information about the project, answer questions and hear concerns. The following dates are available for you to attend:

Septic Prohibitions Passed:  (YUCCA MESA NOT INCLUDED)

May 19, 2011 - The California Regional Water Quality Control Board adopted the Basin Plan Amendment to prohibit septic discharge in portions of Yucca Valley. The prohibition specifically affects properties in the phase 1 area in 2016, phase 2 in 2019 and phase 3 in 2022.
